Anti Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is a prevalent and recurring but underestimated social problem. Although it may cause serious health impact on the victims including depression and HIV infection, due to its privateness, people would feel embarrassed to talk about it, making it mostly unreported. This project starts from the perspective of the onlookers, aiming at emphasizing the importance of their help in domestic violence cases.

If you notice the girl is being hurt and tends to reject people's help out of embarrassment, will you still be willing to help her call the police?

家庭暴力是一个普遍的但常被低估的社会问题。只要发生一次，就一定会有下一次。它可能对受害者的身心健康造成严重影响，包括抑郁症和艾滋病，但由于它的隐私性，很多人都会耻于开口谈论它，最终大多数受害者选择忍气吞声而怯于寻求他人帮助。这种情况下，他人主动的询问、帮助有时候至关重要。该项目从旁观者的角度出发，旨在强调他们在家庭暴力中伸出援手的重要性。
